OUR STORY
Camelot Africa Tours was founded in 2022. Camelot Africa Tours draws inspiration from Gondar, often called the “Camelot of Africa.” For over 200 years, Gondar served as the imperial capital of Ethiopia, a vibrant center of art, music, dance, poetry, and architectural mastery. Just as Gondar evokes wonder and timeless stories, we aim to bring that same spirit to every journey across Africa.

KALEB TIRU
Camelot Africa Tours was founded in 2022 by Kaleb Angaw Tiru. After graduating from the Hotel and Tourism Lion College in Addis Ababa in 2017, Kaleb began his career as a tour guide, initially in his hometown near Simien Mountains National Park in Debark, and later throughout Ethiopia. Through his experiences, he recognized the need for a more specialized and personalized approach to tourism in the country, one that caters to the interests of visitors while promoting respectful and responsible interaction with local communities.
